World Sikh University London has a policy NOT TO REFUND any tuition fees or registration fees or any other costs and fees paid, except in special circumstances.

2

The special circumstances include following:

a) The University decides that it cannot conduct the course for which the student is registered, due to circumstances outside its control.

b) the University ceases to function as an educational institute.

c) In case of an overseas student, the visa is refused due to a fault/omission/ negligence of the University.

3

In the above cases (a-c), the University will refund the entire tuition fee. However no compensation or damages will be due to the students in any case.

4
The students who join the course cannot later abandon the course and ask any refund of any tuition fees.

5
If the students have any grievances, they may appeal to the Academic Registrar or Vice Chancellor and their decision will be binding on the students.

6

The refund policy will be applied to all the students without discrimination as regards race caste, sex or creed.

The above policy has been adopted by the Board of trustees in September 2006 and modified in September 2009
